When you do drink the tea, be aware it will give you very vivid dreams, that you can remember very realisticly!!
I drink a cup of with peach and cream tea mixed for flavor, just before going to bed and booom it never failes. Wow you wouldn’t believe, rated to say the least.
Once a day or every other day may be best.
