Turns out my tumor had already started aggressively regrowing and was causing a lot of bleeding in the cavity where it was originally removed by my neurosurgeon and into the ventricles of the two hemispheres This was a completely new level of pain in my life i felt like grabbing my pistol and ventilating my head myself a couple of times….but then i would just pray for the pain to subside and it would enough for me flop over into another position on the bed and make it through another 10 or 20 minutes of relatively tolerable existance. Here’s the profile on my neurosurgeon in case anyone wants to know a little bit more about this woman who keeps saving my life.

Scott you should write a book, you’re half way there! What a story. My cousin experienced a lvl 4 as well, 2 years ago he went through the same process, apparently sarcasm and bad jokes cannot be removed no matter how hard they try.

I look forward to having the energy and skills back to play DoD. most nights i am asleep by 1600 or 1700and out until 0700 to get up to go for my radiation treatment at hopkins.

Sorry for the setback, but glad they got you some pain relief. So – the timer on your chemo is reset now, until when?
Also – have you talked to the mainstream docs about amino supplements, and if it will be tolerable with the chemo?
You’ve got all the skills to make the medical folks treat you right – intelligence, knowing when to throw the bullshit flag, ability and aptitude to do your own research, and family support.

Get on the new diet asap; especially the blended cottage cheese and flaxseed oil. I was on it myself awhile back; I grew to actually like it until I ran out.

Thank God for neurosurgeon!!!! Thank God they got to the tumor and reduced it. We’re all praying for you MAN!!! You know I’m the one to give my advice, but reading what you are going through, makes me speechless. Remember, if you need anything let me know Brother, I’m a phone call / E-mail away.

What up Bra?? Ok, I emailed everyone at TAO to say Happy New year but received very little responses. I know, I know I am a kid with a stick poking it in the hornets’ nest, oh well. How is everything going now? When we spoke on the phone I just could not get it all but have been playing around with this web site now and think I have it figured out. You know me, I am not genius or nothing. I feel for you about the pain thing man, but I cannot even fathom the pain or feelings you are going through. Sometimes I just do not understand the powers that be! Not that I wish bad on anyone but I just do not understand why the forces pick who they do and at the point in their lives when they do! Ok could go on and on but I know you understand where I am coming from, we have had some of the discussions when we all sat in the office together. All I say brother is hurry up and feel good enough to get back to work or they will give your office to someone else and make you share one with Saundra!!!! As always if you need anything or just want to talk give me a holler.

Your office is now a two man room, but you know it will be a while before someone moves in there with you. I do not know what it is about the area I am sitting in. It is labled “BEWARE”.
